Our favourite Hokkien style Zong made with Glutinous rice, salted duck egg yolk, lean pork tenderloin, whole chestnut, white bean, Chinese shiitake mushroom & dried shrimp.
These ingredients will be combined with our 5 spices blend and sauce, wok roasted for approximately 45 minutes (or until golden brown & evenly combined) before wrapping them carefully in bamboo leaves.
They will then be steamed in the pot for 4 hours before removing them to cool at room temperature.
